About Me:
Hello I’m Sarah, a passionate Strala Yoga Guide on a mission to spread the transformative power of yoga. During the lockdown, I found inspiration in my own practice, leading me to embark on the journey of becoming a Strala Yoga Guide.

Yoga is more than just a series of poses; it’s a journey to rediscover joy, balance, and strength within ourselves. In our sessions we celebrate the joy of movement, breath, and mindfulness. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner, there’s a space for you to thrive and find your own path to joy.

Community Connection:
The heart of our classes is community. Witnessing the transformation and growth of yogis week after week has been the highlight of my journey. It’s more than just a class; it’s a supportive and uplifting community where connections are forged, and well-being is nurtured.

What is Strala Yoga?
Strala Yoga is a revolutionary approach that prioritizes ease and freedom in movement. It’s not about forcing yourself into postures but rather moving with grace and mindfulness. I bring this unique blend of tai chi, and Qigong to create an experience that feels like a moving meditation.
