Yoga la Zouch was created 2 years ago with the aim to connect like minded people into a new community. We focus on Strala GENTLE which is a simple flow that opens and strengthens the body while calming the mind. We work on creating a healthy balance between strength and flexibility, stability and mobility. Most of all, you’ll feel all-over great! No experience is required as Strala is a flexible, easy going yoga style that will have you feeling refreshed and ready to go start your day.
By day, I am secondary school Teacher with a passion for sharing Yoga with both the students in schools and with the local community. I support busy people and mums who aspire to be more grounded, calm and who need to find more balance in their lives.
I love practicing Strala yoga as it is calm and relaxing and I always feel refreshed in my body and mind. I always feel more calm around the children after I have done some self care.
Strala makes me feel great. It is quite different to other yoga that I have done. It is like a moving meditation. The music tracks are always inspiring.
